NGO International Scientific Guild


The Non-Government Organization International Scientific Guild has a clear institutional structure and transparent governance mechanisms, complies with international standards, and is ready for effective cooperation with partners and donors.
  • regulates the legal status, goals, objectives, management structure, decision-making procedures, rights and obligations of the organization's members, procedures for admission to and withdrawal from membership, as well as the fundamental principles of activity and interaction with other entities.
  • Financial Policy
    of the NGO International Scientific Guild shall be developed to ensure financial transparency, accountability, and effective resource management, including internal auditing and financial control by the Supervisory Board, the creation of risk management mechanisms, the prevention of misuse of funds, and compliance with donor requirements.
  • Policy on the Prevention of Corruption, Academic Integrity, and Ethical Standards
    of the NGO International Scientific Guild shall be developed to implement the Organization's Development Concept and ensure the highest standards of transparency and accountability, as well as to foster a culture of respect for integrity.
  • Regulations on the Ethical Review of Scientific Research and the Activities of the Ethics Committee
    of the NGO International Scientific Guild shall be developed to ensure academic integrity, protect the rights and well-being of research participants, and establish principles, norms, and procedures for conducting ethical review of scientific projects and publications.
  • Regulations on Internal Audit and Financial Oversight by the Supervisory Board
    of the NGO International Scientific Guild shall be developed to ensure the procedure for conducting internal audit (in accordance with the requirements of ISO 19011, COSO) and financial oversight by the Organization's Supervisory Board, ensuring compliance with the principles of independence, objectivity, transparency, and proper financial practice.

    of the NGO International Scientific Guild regulates the proper collection, processing, storage, protection, and open access to scientific data, the establishment of data management rules at all stages of scientific projects, and ensuring compliance with the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) and academic integrity standards.

    regulates the rights, duties, procedures of engagement, interaction, and legal protection of both volunteers and external specialists, as well as ensures their safety and confidentiality.

    of the NGO International Scientific Guild is a set of principles, norms, specific measures, and practices that the Organization implements at all levels of its activities to create an inclusive and equitable environment for all employees, members, and partners. The Policy was developed taking into account the recommendations of the European Commission and leading international practices, and also ensures social inclusion of persons with disabilities and other vulnerable categories.

    of the NGO International Scientific Guild ishall be developed to prevent situations where the personal interests of Members, Specialists, Volunteers, or Leaders may influence their objective performance of duties and harm the interests of the Organization.

    of the NGO International Scientific Guild shall be developed for the identification and assessment of financial, operational, ethical, and reputational risks of the project, as well as the minimization of their impact on the Organization's activities and the achievement of strategic goals.

    of the NGO International Scientific Guild shall be developed to regulate the expenditure of grant funds, ensuring compliance with the principles of economy, transparency, and the absence of conflict of interest during the purchase of goods and services.
  • Intellectual Property Rights Policy
    of the NGO International Scientific Guild shall be developed to regulate the rights, obligations, and procedures for intellectual property management, ensuring the proper protection of the results of scientific research, developments, and innovations created within the framework of the Organization's activities, in accordance with international standards.

    of the NGO International Scientific Guild shall be developed to ensure proper informing about the Organization's activities, dissemination of project results, and compliance with grant program requirements regarding funding visibility, including the use of logos, wording, and other mandatory elements.

    of the NGO International Scientific Guild shall be developed to ensure the integration of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into the Organization's activities, strategic planning, and implementation of initiatives, as well as to ensure the long-term impact and effectiveness of the results.
